Steph Lee - CV

Steph (she/her) has just completed her Master of Theatre (Directing) at the Victorian College of the Arts. Over the last couple of years she has worked in Melbourne/Naarm as a director, writer, stage manager and producer. While studying she has completed multiple professional internships at places like Yirramboi, Malthouse and Red Stitch, and has staged a few independent shows. Currently, Steph is working on developing a new devised work 'SLAY' with some close collaborators, which will be a lesbian horror-comedy theatre work. She is also embarking on the journey of writing another musical with collaborator Josh Connell that questions whether the classic fairytales can be told in a feminist way or whether we need new ones all together.
